Hello, My Name is Deb Enloe and the purpose of this video tutorial is to walk you through my employment and educational qualifications. This video should take less than 8 minutes to view.
I am currently looking for a position in the training field. I want to be able to utilize my talents for both job enrichment as well as contributing to an organizations profits.I am seeking a progressive organization that is forward thinking and a leader in their industry.
In regards to my qualifications for your position, I have over five years of instructional design and training delivery experience. I have developed and conducted courses for delivery in a classroom, online or in a live virtual setting.
I have experience conducting sessions for up to 50 participants at a time or working one-on-one with an individual. One of the accomplishments that I proud of is an online moodle course that I developed. Historically the course was conducted in-person and required 3 hours of training around policy and procedures. The attendees would then need to train their respective staff but were not provided any training resources, other then what was presented to them. I converted this in-person course into an online moodle course and branched the content. By doing so, I was able to train another level of staff. This eliminated the need for those trained to recreate the course and also ensured the required information was addressed. This resulted in reaching over 900 employees with one course online compared to the previous reach of 80, when the course was conduct in person.I use job aids and automated tutorials to enhance course learning and to serve as triggers for memory recallI evaluate trainings to determine the effectiveness and areas for improvement. This usually results in some level of modification to a course based on participant feedback and observations.
I am a Leader and a visionary. It is important for me to know the overall goals and objectives of an organization and understand how I can contribute to the success of the organization. I am self-motivated and work well in a team or individual setting.I have created and delivered content for administration and clerical staff around various software applications.I was responsible for developing and conducting training around high stake mandated policies. The consequence of not following policy could result in loss of licensure or state funding.I created and hosted monthly workshops for employees new to their test coordination position
I have experience determining training needs and developing course goals and objectives based on organization goals and employee needsThe course schedule is around thetargeted audience availability and organizational priorityIn situations where I am not the Subject Matter Expert, I work collaboratively with the appropriate individuals or team to design a training or course.Previous evaluations are utilized to plan for future course offerings
I have a proficient use of most Microsoft Office Products – such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. And I posses a working knowledge of Access and Visio. Some of the tools I use for creating training include but are not limited to:Captivate 5, ScreenFlow, iMovie, Podcast Capture, JingI have created and managed courses on Moodle, which is an open source Learning Management System.I am experienced building online surveys using tools such as Survey Monkey, SharePoint or Cozmos (a web page application)I am comfortable using either a PC or a MacAnd I am experienced with a business management software called Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP).

While employed with this organization I:• Participated in the decision-making process with executive management and staff, particularly in the areas of employee morale and organizational development • I assisted in company-wide strategic planning and goal setting • I provided analysis of sales, special projects and financial materials for executive management • And I led various planning committeesI was employed with Despatch approximately 3 years.Prior to Despatch I worked at TCF Bank’s corporation office in downtown Minneapolis.
