Responsibilities: • Involved in the analysing of Jira and userstand the requirements/defects.

Description: This project expanded on the core functionality of the existing eFile system,
improving the users’ interaction with the system and reducing the business teams’
dependency on the IT staff to manage the eFile processes. While we made progress
to transact business automatically and electronically with outside entities, we still
need to enhance our ability to automate for new-case installation which involves
enrolling new members, updating existing members, dependents, address,
maintaining member benefits and salary. Many employers use brokers, vendors, or
software to manage their member data. With this project we are providing them a
platform to independently send/automate transactions to our administration system -
compass.
We are successfully delivering with Agile methodology on this project.
Responsibilities: • Report to the Scrum Master for overall QA delivery.
• Participate in the Sprint backlog grooming meetings to plan/size for future
sprints.
• Participate in Sprint Planning Meeting every 2 weeks a sprint to allocate and
estimate QA work.
• Involved in sizing of the user stories and decomposition of Epics with Product
Owner and Scrum Master to deliver best velocity in a sprint. Work with the QA
team to provide estimates for QA tasks in a sprint.
• Mentor QA team members on project objectives and system definition. Train new
testers to speed them up on agile methodology for the project.
• Accountable to the Scrum Master for Daily QA status, highlight risks and issues
and provide QA mitigation plans as and when needed.
• Collaborate with Scrum Master to monitor progress of the testing tasks within the
plan. Identify and inform the Scrum Master and Delivery Manager of
