5. IMT Ghaziabad Admissions Process
Before applying for the course, candidate 몭rst needs to go through the eligibility criteria properly.
The applicants need to go through the following process in order to apply for their desired course:
1. Fill Online Application Form and submit test scores:-
Candidates are required to 몭ll the online application form
Details like name, date of birth, address, educational quali몭cation, email id, personal interview
venue preference, campus choice and others must be 몭lled correctly without any mistakes.
Experience and other related required must be also added properly.
Test scores like XAT, CAT, GMAT or CMAT must also be included in the application form.
Finally, after checking all the details, candidates must pay their application fees through debit
card/ credit card/ net banking.
2. Admission Process shortlist:-
Candidates will be shortlisted according to their
Academic score (10th, 12th and graduation).
Along with those applicants having experience will be given preference.
XAT/ CAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ NET (FPM course between 2019 to 2020) quali몭ed candidates
3. Selection procedure:-
Shortlisted candidates will then be called for Interview.Based on their performance and academic
career and experience 몭nal selection will be done.
4. Announcement of result
The 몭nal selected list of candidates will be published in the o몭cial website.
5. Reporting and Induction
The selected candidates then have to report in the venue with all the necessary documents and

Institute of Management Technology (IMT) offers various types of scholarship to their full time
students of PGDM program:-
1. Entry Level Scholarship:-
Merit scholarships for candidates with high scores in Admission Tests
Scholarships to students belonging to EWS category
Smt. Leela Nath Memorial Scholarships for female candidates
NOTE:
Candidate will only be eligible for all the scholarship only after post admission and 몭nal
registration into Institute of Management Technology (IMT).
Applicants will have to submit all the necessary documents to the college if found eligible for
the scholarship program.
If required candidate can also may be interviewed by the Scholarship committee in case of any
clari몭cations required

8. After 몭nal veri몭cation, the scholarship amount will be credited to the candidate.
All these scholarships are applicable for 2021 – 2023 batches.
IMT has the right to suspend and/or modify the Scholarship policy and anything related at any
point of time.
At any point of time if the scholarship committee 몭nds any sort of false declaration of
documents, then IMT will cancel the scholarship and the candidate will be expelled from the
institution.

Second year students can apply for this scholarship program.
Selections of the candidates for the scholarship will be completely based on merit.
