Halogens tend to have high- I- electronegativities II- solublity in a.docx

  1. Halogens tend to have high: I. electronegativities II. solublity in aqueous solution III. ionization energies IV. degrees of reactvity choose all that apply Halogens tend to have high: I. electronegativities II. solublity in aqueous solution III. ionization energies IV. degrees of reactvity choose all that apply Solution --> Halogens are highly electronegativity because after taking one electron they can fulfill their orbital and become stable --> they are less soluble in aquous solution because they are non-polar. They are highly soluble in organic solvent. --> they have high ionization energy. --> due to high electronegativity they have high reactivity. So overall Halogens are highly electronegative, ionization energy and degree of reactivity.
  2. If you satisfied with the solution please like it.. thanks..
