I put this presentation together in response to a request to describe the most challenging supply chain problem or issue I’ve had to face. While this challenge was only one of many I have faced in my career, and it is hard to say which was the most challenging, I like this one because it illustrates the two key tools for operational excellence - S&OP and lean
