Navigation Bar  directs you to the three primary dimensions of MobilityCentral: People, Devices/Plans, and Spend Click on the metrics in the  Monthly Snapshot  to get detailed information Click on the  Carrier Breakdown  pie slices to get a 6 month trend on each carrier Task Queue  provides to-do items and notifications to the Mobility Manager 1 1 2 3 4 2 3 4
A complete list of mobile workers is accessible in the  User Account  tab Mobility Manager can filter or sort the list in several ways Clicking a user name will take you to a  Mobility Profile 3 1 1 2 3 2
Mobility Profiles  deliver a complete view of devices, plans, features, and spend for a given user across multiple carriers  Click on  Plans and Devices  to discover what inventory has been allocated to the user  Click on  Billing and Usage  to assess the monthly mobility spend against budget for this user  Check if user is compliant with the latest mobility  Policy  update  1 1 2 3 4 2 3 4
Click on  Devices & Plans  to get a view of all mobile devices and how many the company supports  MobilityCentral identifies both allocated and unallocated devices  Clicking on an inventory amount provides a drilldown into which users have been allocated to these devices  We have partnered with  ReCellular  for the safe disposal of devices  1 1 2 3 4 3 4 2
Click on  Device Inventory  to see a list of all devices that can be sorted and filtered in several ways  Use the check boxes to select devices. Then click on the  More Actions  link and select Send Emails to send a message to all users with the selected devices  Inventory list can also be  exported to Excel  for customer formatting  Device can be selected and swapped or viewed for its history  1 1 2 3 4 2 3 4
Quickly see the overage for the  Top 10 Overspenders  in the month and identify the abusers on this page Send Emails  to those over budget for the month Identify those devices that are under-utilized because of  Zero Usage  on voice or data Review  spend by carrier  and as a percentage of the total budget amount 1 1 2 3 4 2 3 4
Select the desired view   you would like to see based on the Bill Details, Carrier, and Invoice Month  Click the link to  create a Custom View  with  the data that meets your needs Check the boxes to  send emails  to specifically selected users 1 1 2 3 2 3
Create the email text  to be sent to selected users Emails can be sent to users, their managers, or both by simply  selecting the  recipients   Additional information  can be included in the email by  selecting the data fields 1 1 2 3 2 3
Create a Title and Description  for your custom view Select the data columns  you want to include in your  view Select the  Sort Criteria  for your view Define filters  for your view so it displays exactly what you want to see 1 1 2 3 2 3 4 4
