Polis and Latchi (Latki)
Polis is a small, quiet, laid back seaside town, with a
quaint square and narrow lanes that retain all of their
traditional charm. Its full name, Polis Chrysochou,
means City of the Golden Land – it’s believed that
gold was found here during the Ottoman years.
