• The reason for this is the involvement of public administration, local
businessmen, and development policies established by the existing needs of
the economy of each place.
• The basic design and methodology used in this scenario comes from the
best practice implementations that already exist in the tourism industry.

The ICT architecture of the method followed
Multitier architecture – the commonly used three-tier :
• A front-end web server serving static content, and cached dynamic
content.
• A middle dynamic content processing and generation level
application server.
• A back-end database, comprising both data sets and the database
management system software.

The name of the project is………………………..and the sub project that is developed is called…………………….5 municipalities in Crete cooperated to this project with leader municipality N Alikarnasos. Together we worked to create a portal that would promote tourism in areas of Crete less known to visitors. The project was funded mainly by EU in the contex of “Information Society” operational program.
There are many less famous tourist destinations in Crete.
The Kallikratis project was a major structural reform of local administration.
In web based application, Front End is the content rendered by the browser. The content may be static or generated dynamically. PHP platform RDBMS Manages and provides access to the data. We tried to match the visitors` needs in order to develop a sufficient way of passing the data to the system in order to receive the personalized information he asked for. This approach was followed for both the front and back office user. We tried to store the data once for each content entity. echnological infrastructure on which e-services run. But an architecture framework is something much, much bigger it deals with fundamental organisational issues – Including how do you structure your organisation , and what techniques and strategies do you use to embed new structure Winning new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships is the focus of every company’s business policy. These objectives can only be achieved through reliable information and effective dialogue with existing and potential customers. Electronic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is the ideal tool for these tasks. From building blocks such as customer databases, to complete virtual communication centers the system offers custom made CRM solutions – from consulting, to system implementation, to operation.
