Measures of Dispersion and Variability: Range, QD, AD and SD
Question1
1.
2. To make my final products look believable I had to make
sure that I've used same colour scheme, font, artist
etc. It is important that I've used the same colour
scheme because then it makes the continuity which
can also be in seen in real media products. My three
colours in my colour scheme were purple, black and
white however I also decided that I can include grey as
it looks good with these three colours. The reason why
I chose that photo for my double page spread is that
my model Sandra is wearing a grey top which goes
together with my colour scheme to create a continuity.
To make my products look good I had to include all the
colours of my colour scheme therefore I used white as
a background on my contents page and double page
spread and then added some bits with that are in
purple, black and grey colour.
3. One of the most important features is to use the same font
throughout the magazine as it shows that the products I've made
are for the magazine which will help to attract audience's attention
and it is important because it is one of purposes for editor of the
magazine.
The first text is a subtext from the contents page
and the second one is a feature story from the
front cover. Both are these are written in the
same font however they may look different as the
second one is edited a little bit by having a
shadow behind the text, that is why audience
may not notice that the font is the same, just with
different effects.
On the front cover, contents page and double page spread I've used
my main artist Sandra to represent the continuity. I used three
different pictures of her however audience can tell that all of them
are from one photo shoot which is important because then it makes
me look professional.
