Introduction Sankhu Entertainment & Productions (P) Ltd. is a production house with a view to making quality TV shows and movies. In association with Ideaz event management team, who have been in the event industry for more than 9 years. We wish to create something which has never been done before in our local channels.       Now our production house is organizing a Reality show, based on Adventure Sports.       The concept for the show is Adventure sports – Rope climbing, Bungee jumping, Bike stunts, Basket ball, Golf, Tennis, Horse riding, etc. A part of the revenues from the show would go to –“SAVE OUR TIGER” Projects. Regular press releases, Conferences will be issued/conducted to all forms of media to promote the program and ensure adequate press coverage Mall promotion and housing complex promotions would also be done for providing mileage to the sponsors and create enthusiasm for the program Internet marketing through all the popular social networking sites.

  • 21. Deliverables: Main sponsor The program will be presented by the Title sponsor – XYZ presents ”Tiger Of Bengal”, Hoarding space (20 x 10 ft ) in the ratio of – 1:16 to the sponsor. Print ads to carry the sponsors LOGO. Road show – for 45 days all around West Bengal – Sponsor branding. If required – Sampling, Product display, etc – can also be provided to the main sponsor. Audition venues-(15) – Backdrop, Banners –nos 4, size – 6 * 3, Stall space. Internet marketing- through social networking sites- ad videos to contain the composite LOGO of the sponsor. Mall, Housing complexes, Colleges, etc promotion – backdrop, anchor announcements. Shooting venues- Backdrop for anchors. Anchor to make announcements in the episodes – at least twice each episode for 30 episodes.

Deliverables: Main sponsor All the other Ad campaigns to carry the logo Television promos will carry the composite Logo of standard size and 4secs tagline – 25 such promos in a day for 15 days. Air announcements in the radio campaign All the PR activities to carry the logo All the promotional activities to carry the logo Apprx. 5 lakhs registration forms to carry the logo All the related events to carry the logo Logo presence in the posters, leaflets, standees, etc. Airtime of 100 secs for advertisement, to be provided to the main sponsor in each telecast of 1 hour 1 customized episode for the sponsor product/brand.
  • 23. Deliverables: Associate Sponsor “Tiger of Bengal” in association with XYZ. Hoarding space (20 x 10 ft) in the ratio – 1:25 3 secs tagline in the TV promos – 25 promos in a day for 15 days Anchor to announce the sponsors name at least once in every episode Would have his Brand appear in the anchor backdrop, Print ad to carry the Logo of the sponsor Road show- backdrop to carry the Logo of the sponsor Audition venue – backdrop, banner no’s 2, size 6 * 3 ft Mall, Housing complexes, colleges, etc promotions – backdrop, anchor announcements Airtime of 40 secs for advertisement to be provided in each telecast of 1 hour.
  • 24. Deliverables: Partners- Wardrobe, Gifts, etc The products of the partners to be used in every episode of the program. For example- wardrobe- participants and anchor to use their clothes. Prizes for each money task episode would be from the gift sponsors and would be displayed in the related episodes, etc. Radio publicity – gifts/prizes to the contestants from the radio audience Hoardings space- Logo presence Print ads – Logo presence Road show – backdrop – Logo presence Auditions – backdrop – Logo presence Mall, Housing complex, Colleges, etc- promotion – backdrop Logo presence
