The album was released on the 30th November 1982 and has sold millions of copies worldwide. And still continues to sell, especially after his sudden death. The song along with his video people regard as one of his signature songs.
2. We as the audience, see an immediate connection between him and his on screen girlfriend. There is also an immediate relationship between the lyrics and the visuals as we can see it immediately feels like we are watching something spooky and dark.
