The Color Run彩色路跑，又稱為”地球上最
歡樂的5公里路跑”。它追求的並不是速度感，
而是那愉悅舒壓的快感。

2012年，美國共辦了50場The Color Run，
超過60萬人參加。今年，將在美國舉辦超過
100場，參與人數超過百萬，而這僅是美國的
賽事數量，由此可見， The Color Run是一個
未來的路跑趨勢。

參加彩色路跑的唯二規則
1. 請穿著白色的衣服站上起點線!
2. 帶著最酷炫的色彩衝過終點線!

健康
大部分的Color Runner都是第一次參
加5公里路跑，隨著彩色路跑在越來越多的
地方進行，更多的人開始認識到這種健康
的運動方式。

彩色路跑不會計時，也沒有冠軍和年
齡限制，歡迎所有人一同參與。無論是剛接
觸跑步的初學者或是專業運動員，所有人都
可以跑出自己獨特的魅力。

最近幾個月，開始流行起路跑，其中最受爭議的，就是上個月在台北大佳河濱公園舉
辦的彩色路跑，因為環保團體質疑，彩色路跑使用大量五顏六色的玉米粉，不但傷害健康，
事後要清理，還得浪費水來清洗路面，不該舉辦。
粉末難清又傷肺彩色路跑惹爭議

一開跑，大量粉紅色粉末，直噴現場參賽者，所
有人全都身穿白T，眼戴反光墨鏡，這就是不少年輕
人，為之瘋狂的彩色路跑，七彩粉末一噴，全場瘋狂
尖叫，全長五公里所有參賽者會在路程中，被工作人
員用彩色粉末大量攻擊。
不過這樣的路跑活動就被環保團體質疑，噴灑的
玉米粉沾染到公園道路以及周邊花草，要清理還得耗
費大量水資源清洗，付出不小的社會成本，而且使用
的玉米粉吸入身體，可能會造成呼吸道疾病，環保署
長沈世宏呼籲，主辦單位在舉辦前最好做完善的評估
，別讓讓原本健康的路跑活動，變了調。
