This document provides information about a bulk improver additive called R-BLK-3260 produced by RSA Industries Pvt. Ltd. It can be used to enhance the bulkiness of paper, especially for writing, printing, and other pulp and paper applications. The additive improves the bulk of paper without reducing strength properties and provides better surface smoothness and gloss. It requires low dosages of 0.5-1.25 kg per ton of paper and is sold in packaging sizes of 60 kg and 30 kg. The product is diluted to 10% and added to the mixing chest during paper production.

Method of dilution
Weigh the required quantity.
Dilute the product to 10% by adding 6.6 parts of hot water (600
C– 700
C) to 3.4 part of the product.
Stir the mixture well to get uniform solution.
Point of addition
The diluted product is to be added in mixing chest.
