Reference Letter for Cristiano Dos Santos Sampaio
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to take this opportunity to offer a formal reference letter for Cristiano, who worked with
ODM Zhuhai, China from 12th
June 2015 - 21st
August 2015.
Cristiano was our sole Engineer Industrial designer during this period and worked along with a
team of graphic designers which he later managed due to his work ethic and commitment to his
assigned project's. Also he worked along side product merchandisers and sales managers.
While working on Industrial design projects, Cristiano showed that he was proficient in the CAD
software being used, Solid-works and Rhino also his design skills improved during the time he was
with us. In term of illustrator and Photoshop software his skill's excelled. Cristiano played a big part
of the team when it came to making final decision on projects and which route the whole team
should take. Working with Cristiano on projects alongside him I have noticed he can work
extremely well under pressured time and he learned to pay attention to small details when it came
to the aspect of design.
I have also noticed Cristiano expertise in the business industries in term of sales and maximizing
companies income, which took everybody at ODM by surprise, which it helped ODM branch into
different areas and improve our sales and without his business acumen ODM would still be doing
sales at the same field.
Cristiano was offered a job at ODM after he completes his degree at university at the position of
Industrial Engineer designer.
I am very positive that Cristiano can someday be an excellent assets to a company. If he keeps the
momentum of his work ethic and work commitment he will achieve his goals.
