The second step identifies and prioritizes each project step into categories of urgent, important, or nice to do/delegate. Each item is on a movable and typeable "sticky note" to make the tool interactive and easy to use.

any size project. The first step is the project overview. This is where you will
identify the project, its’ goals, resources, collaborators, and anything else that
will help complete the project. The second step is to identify and prioritize
each step. The worksheet divides the steps into three categories; Urgent,
