Am I Eligible?
Do you live in Suburban Cook County?
Do you have proof of monthly income?
Do you have the ability to pay ongoing monthly expenses?
Are you 3 months or less past due on your mortgage?
If you answer was YES to all of the above questions then you may QUALIFY to be a part of the
program.
What Will You Receive?
Up to three (3) months mortgages paid (Results will vary; however the amount may not exceed
$5,000)
Important Things To Remember
This is a one-time mortgage assistance
Grant will be paid directly to the lender or entity who requires your monthly payment
Funds are based on availability.
