STRATEGIC PROJECT FOR THE CENTRAL AREA

To characterize the central area, setting a final model based
on a new   management cu ltu re that allow s its p ercep tion as
an u rban p roj ect and its identification as defined image of
the city , incorp orating in it the fu nctional v alu es, socio-
economic and financial, for w hich the city w ants to be
recognized at the national and international contex t.
