Andrew Jones, Ph.D is an
organizational consultant,
educator, and writer. He is
a Lecturer of Management,
Organizational Behavior, and
Corporate Social Responsibility
in the McCoy College of Business
Administration at Texas State
University, in San Marcos, TX.
He has consulted with firms in
the software, food and beverage,
construction, advertising, sports
management, coworking, and
for-profit education industries. He

David H Walker
Head of Operations
David Walker creates
environments that allow people
to open and shine. David is a
serial creator and entrepreneur.
In 2007, he directly experienced
the double-edged sword of solo
entrepreneuriship, finding himself
socially isolated and resorting
to working from three coffee
shops a day in order to meet his
needs for inspiration and human
connection. In 2008, having
recognized the growing common
need for stimulating, community-
driven work environments, David
launched Austin’s first coworking
space, Conjunctured, which went
on to be a cultural and market
leader in a city of innovation.
David speaks regularly at
conferences and community
events on the subject of coworking
and offers his expertise through
consulting with a passion for
authentic expression, personal
empowerment, and societal
progress.
Tony Bacigalupo
Head of Community
Tony Bacigalupo has been an
active part of the coworking
movement since 2007. He is
cofounder and Mayor of New
Work City, a coworking space
in lower Manhattan, and has
advised and worked with countless
other communities in New York
and around the world, most
notably Tony Hsieh’s Downtown
Project and the Hive at 55. He’s
the organizer of NYC’s largest
coworking Meetup, Coworking
Community NYC, with over 1,800
members. He has also organized
or co-organized a number of
events and educational programs,
including BarCampNYC and
TEDxNWC. He also co-authored
a “I’m Outta Here: How coworking
is making the office obsolete”
in 2009. He’s spoken at several
conferences including SXSW,
Maker Faire, and the Global
Coworking Unconference
Conference, the Coworking
Europe Conference, and the
Coworking Australia Conference.
He’s currently focused on
documenting and pursuing the
development of interdependent
work models.
Virginia Cobb
Head of Design
Virginia collaborates with
international design, development
and hospitality brand teams to
create exceptional leading edge
developments around the world.
Virginia Cobb built a global
reputation as a key executive for
W Hotels and Resorts Worldwide
as the Senior Director of Design
and Planning for the Europe,
Africa and Middle East division.
Based in Brussels, Virginia served
as the sole design representative
in the region for the rapidly
expanding brand. As the central
design and planning point, she
was responsible for the execution
of each 100-200M project.
These projects required close
coordination and management
of high net worth investors,
international developers, and
world renowned design teams.
In this capacity, she collaborated
with internationally recognized
designers: Ricardo Bofill
Architects – Barcelona, Yabu
Pushelberg Interior Designers
– Toronto and New York City,
Antonio Citterio Architects-
Milan, Patrick Jouin Interior
designer – Paris, Concrete
Architects and Interior Designers
– Amsterdam, and MAKE

projects included developments
in, Barcelona, London , Verbier,
Athens, Amman, Istanbul, and
Dubai.
Prior to working in the corporate
global division, Virginia served
as Director of Development
and Planning in the W Hotels
headquarters located in New
York City. Virginia held the
same integral role with complex
teams executing developments in
the US. Interior design projects
included: W Denver by Skidmore
Owings and Merrill, W Vieques by
Benjamin Noriega Ortiz, and W
Austin by Olsen Sundberg Kundig
Architects, and a host of other
projects from New York City to
Maui.
