- Martyn will: introduce why we want to do this town hall - "The purpose of this town hall meeting is to provide our soon-to-be BEA EMEA colleagues more information about Oracle, EMEA and to give employees the opportunity to meet and hear Oracle EMEA management. Oracle presenters will provide an overview of the Oracle EMEA region, the integration planning approach for our region plus give us an opportunity to respond to their/your questions. While the acquisition still has to close, we think it’s a good idea to use this Townhall to get engaged with our future BEA colleagues". Stress the fact that this townhall is pre-CIC, hence there are data and timings which are "unknowns" at this stage, thus some responses to questions may still be undecided or we cannot discuss until after CIC that BEA employees from all BEA countries are either in the room or on the line and hence the presentation is to cover EMEA integration in general, not issues of a particular country That individual/personal concerns / issues are not content for this session and hence will not be addressed.
