7. What Worked for me… Quantitative AND Transparent $$ had to have Name & Company to be counted
8. What Worked for Prioritization… $1M on 10 Features or $10M on 1 Feature
9. What Worked… Most Importantly! Customers took ownership of their features! Customers had to pitch for their features They started answering each other
10. What Customers Liked… Transparency Year over year, results were published and tracked Customers who got features implemented in past year were the loudest!!! Happy & Loud
12. What Surprised Me? We have never been surprised! Granted, we did a lot of Customer visits or phone discussions Customer engagement in Community Etc.
