Eat 50% raw whole foods, drink warm healthy drink (lemon,
beet juice, ginger, etc), 8 glasses of water, avoid sodas,
caffeine, refined foods and eat five small meals a day (for
those who wants to liver cleanse and lose weight) and add
the following nutrients in your diet:
Herbs and foods rich in Vit C, Vit D E K A, selenium (cysteine
for its anti-cancer, seeds and nuts), zinc, nettle leaf and
alfafa sprouts, celery seed and damiana, burdock root,
spirulina, essential fatty acids (flax seeds, fish oil, coconut)
and cod liver oil
Muscle: oat straw, Calcium and magnesium, Vit C,
Glucosamine sulfate+MSM, iodine, manganese
Adrenal. Pituitary and Thyroid health: Avoid drugs, ginseng,
skullcap, licorice root, black cohosh
