• Provide customer service to patients over the phone and in person at drop-off, pick-up, and drive-thru • Perform accuracy scan on prescriptions prior to packaging • Prepare prescriptions for verification by pharmacist • Reconstitute suspensions • Dispense medication to patients at pick-up and drive-thru • Enter information on patient(s) and/or prescription(s) into the system at drop-off • Communicate with insurance companies to resolve adjudication issues • Perform routine maintenance tasks – e.g. count medication balance, return medications to stock, order medications and supplies
