Google Hangout OnAir.
Give people in your congregation a glimpse of what’s happening
behind-the-scenes by broadcasting part of your staff meeting on
a Google Hangout OnAir. This is a great time to celebrate
ministry “wins” or cast vision.

Featured a project URL in Twitter &
Facebook profile info.
If you are working on a special project or promoting a special
event, temporarily replace the URL in your network profiles to
point to your project site and get it some extra coverage.

Record devotionals with Kodiak Zi8
or Flip cameras.
Pass the cameras to staff members and have them record
quick,2-minute daily devotionals. Your congregation will love
these inspirational tidbits from your staff.

pastor to welcome guests.
Get a guest’s name from a guest card on Sunday and record a
personalized welcome video. Send them the link to the posted
video. These don’t have to be long and can be batch produced.

Optimize & follow up to comments
about your church on Yelp and
Foursquare.
Do you know what people are saying about their experience at
your church. Embrace it using Yelp and Foursquare.

Sync church events calendar with a
LinkedIn Events calendar.
Lots of businessmen in your congregation are on LinkedIn
daily. Sync up with them using the events feature.
11. Tip #10 .
Do a daily, quick #askthepastor or
#askthestaff Q&A podcast.
Allow people to submit questions using the hastag on Twitter and
produce a quick audio or video podcast to answer a few
questions at a time.
