Christopher Cecchini is a savvy human resources executive. As Vice President of HR for Sun Country Health Region, he is responsible for leading all facets of human resources strategy and execution across 28 regional healthcare facilities while maintaining a focus on creating a respectful and inclusive organizational culture. With more than 15 years of senior management experience in public sector, Christopher has established a keen acumen for human resources strategy and labour relations. He prides himself on his commitment to taking an active approach in nurturing stakeholder partnerships. He holds both an M.A. and Honours B.A. from McMaster University and possesses his CHRE designation.
