2. INGREDIENTS
• 2 yogurts coconut flavor
1 large watermelon slice (300 grams)
50 ml. milk
Sugar or sweetener to taste
1 out of neutral gelatin Royal
1 some water
Optional strawberry sauce
3. STEPS
1.Catch watermelon and remove seeds. Grind
in a blender. Then add the two yogurts, beat
again. Taste the sweetness and add sugar or
sweetener to taste.
4. • In a bowl hydrate the gelatin with two
tablespoons of water. Microwaving milk and
when it is hot, pour into the bowl of gelatin
and mix well.
Then add the gelatin to the mixer and beat
everything again. Put some strawberry sauce
in ramekin and paint the inside of pan with
the sauce.
5. • Pour mixture into the flan ring. When it begins
to curdle a little can add grated coconut if
desired find inside. (I've put in the bottom of
the pudding).
Insert the pan in the refrigerator until it is just
set. Once curdled, carefully unmold on a plate
or source grated coconut and strawberry
sauce on top.
