8. ROLE PLAY
SITUATION:
I was supposed to be one month in selling department and
one month in reservations (the administrative part) and
reception (the operative part). After being one week in the
selling department they told me that I will be at the reception
for the next 7 weeks. I talked to my human resources
supervisor but he told that basically, management can change
the plan according to their needs any time they want. What
could I do to make my point that I want to stick to the plan
we worked out and that I feel uncomfortable with the way
they just change plans without even asking?
GOAL:
I want to finish the 4 weeks in the selling department.
Moreover, the 4 weeks I will be at the reception have to
include the administrative part as well not only front desk.
