2. HISTORY
Alcohol has been in use since ancient time in all
communities, civilisations and religions of all countries of
the world. But the record of actual fermenting and
brewing goes back to 10,000 BC in the Persian,
Babylonian, Egyptian, Greek and Roman civilisations and
others.
Some countries have used alcohol variously including for
worshiping and on social functions and celebrations in the
past. Such practices were prevalent even in Roman,
Egyptian and Chinese civilisations

their culture and is used for worshiping, wedding and on
