The most important feature of any
organization is the quality of the staff.
great coaches know it takes more than
inspiration to win, they must have talent.
Therefore, it takes a major hand in the
hiring.
 GETTING REFERENCES FROM
PREVIOUS EMPLOYERS- Honest
references are almost always sabotaged
by tolerance.
 HIRING TOP QUALITY STAFF- Dont let the
size of organization determine the quality
of your staff.
 NOT KNOWING WHAT QUALITIES TO
LOOK FOR IN PROSPECTIVE STAFF
MEMBERS- Rate an individual
 TALENT. What are they good at?
 INTEREST. What are they fascinated by?
VALUES. What do they believe in?
Interest and values pretty much
determine how and to what extent one
uses his talents. It is the fact that we are
not equal in dislikes.
Growth- continual personal growth and
departmental growth
Teamwork-the whole is more important
than its parts
Leadership- learn how to influence people
and develop people
The news should be delivered promptly
and directly before some grapevine has a
chance to reach a worker being terminated.
 Do it gently.
 Do it without bitterness or malice.
 Closed off responsibilities quickly
 Be “discriminating”.
 Anticipate the persons reactions and be
prepared with your answer.

  • 5. Uniformity is not the key to successful teamwork.The glue the hold a team together is unity of purpose.
  • 6. People who prefer to “play it safe” will never know the thrill of victory.To win a victory one must risk failure.
  • 7. The highest reward of man’s improvement is not what he gets for it, it’s what he becomes as a result of it. It marks a big step in your development when you realize that other people can help you do a better job. than you can do alone.
  • 8. HOW TO DEVELOP A WINNING TEAM?? THREE KEY AREAS TO DEVELOP A WINNING TEAM:  HIRING  FIRING  INSPIRING
  • 9. The most important feature of any organization is the quality of the staff. great coaches know it takes more than inspiration to win, they must have talent. Therefore, it takes a major hand in the hiring.
  • 10.  GETTING REFERENCES FROM PREVIOUS EMPLOYERS- Honest references are almost always sabotaged by tolerance.  HIRING TOP QUALITY STAFF- Dont let the size of organization determine the quality of your staff.  NOT KNOWING WHAT QUALITIES TO LOOK FOR IN PROSPECTIVE STAFF MEMBERS- Rate an individual

  • 13.  TALENT. What are they good at?  INTEREST. What are they fascinated by? VALUES. What do they believe in? Interest and values pretty much determine how and to what extent one uses his talents. It is the fact that we are not equal in dislikes.

The news should be delivered promptly and directly before some grapevine has a chance to reach a worker being terminated.  Do it gently.  Do it without bitterness or malice.  Closed off responsibilities quickly  Be “discriminating”.  Anticipate the persons reactions and be prepared with your answer.
