Over the course of his career, Dr. Chendil Damodaran has performed as a leader in the field of toxicology and cancer research. Most recently, his work appeared in research journal Anti-Cancer Agents in Medicinal Chemistry. The article examined the use of dietary elements in chemoprevention of breast cancer, a strategy most typically used on high-risk individuals and those with cancer history. Dr. Chendil Damodaran has also published research in top journals Molecular Cancer Therapy, the International Journal of Cancer, Anti-Cancer Research, and many others. He has also contributed chapters to such widely used texts as the Encyclopedia of Cancer.
