• Slack has great API (Event API,…) & great environment for
developers
• It offers a direct acess to enterprises, amazing for feedbacks
DISAVANTAGES
• Limited in terms of market & potential buyers
• Risk of competition from Slack
• Some technical problems for scalability

• Great for feedbacks
• Not adapted for individual experience like learning
• Use cases:
• Notification
• Game/Leaderboard
• Praise coworkers
• Polls

13. My take on bots
• Use Cases are limited yet
• Makes sense and work for CUSTOMER CARE
• We’re still very early days in the market! Even though
competition is fierce.
• Bots with AI: better! But need DATA & the right team/skillset
• It’s been fun 
