  make sure you have some entertainment during those

       high-energy and will keep your body moving.
If you are on a diet, keep a journal of what you eat on the
  weekends. Statistics show you are more likely to fall off
the wagon on the weekends. By keeping a physical record
 of what you are consuming on Saturday and Sunday, you
  are reminded of the goal you are trying to accomplish.
Don't be fooled that all chicken has less fat than other
  meat. It's not the animal that matters, it's where the
 meat comes from on that animal. Every animal has areas
where it stores more fat - even chicken. Dark chicken meat
contains more fat than beef rump roast or top round, and
   twice the fat of pork tenderloin. The best part of the
 chicken to eat is the breast meat with the skin removed.
  Even better, eat turkey breast, as it has fewer calories.
Losing weight is not as difficult as it is made out to be. It
 can be hard to cut through all the clutter and know which
