Starting point is at the north entrance of the park (Entrance 1). Sightseeing is circular, but you
will have the opportunity to see the "Great Waterfall" (the largest waterfall of the Plitvice Lakes
and in Croatia), and Šupljara Cave, while from the eastern and western viewpoints of the canyon,
you will be able to enjoy the view of Lakes “Novakovića Brod”, “Kaluđerovac”, “Gavanovac” and
“Milanovac”. The end point of this program is the rest area “Kozjačka„ Draga on the “Kozjak„
lakefront, which is also the gathering point for the return to Entrance 1.

Starting point is at the south entrance of the Park (Entrance 2). After a short walk and electric-boat ride
across Lake Kozjak, the tour will take you on a walk through the limestone canyon of the Upper Lakes all the
way to the “Great Waterfall”. From the “Great Waterfall” to the train station there is a steep serpentine
leading to the east side of the canyon, where there are numerous viewpoints offering spectacular views of
the crystal-clear, dark blue lakes and adjoining high cliffs. Return to starting point by panoramic train.
Sightseeing is circular.

Starting point is at the north entrance (Entrance 1) and offers you the opportunity to tour the Park’s entire
lakeside area on foot. The program includes a tour of the “Great Waterfall”, a walk along the top of the
canyon’s west side and west shore of Lake Kozjak. The path then ascends to the “Stubica” plateau, where its
“Tomićeva pogledala” gazebo offers the most wonderful view of Lake Ciganovac and entire Prošćansko Lake.
On your way back, you will enjoy walking along the breathtaking Upper Lakes area and east shore of Lake
Kozjak, which you will reach by a short boat trip. The program continues with a walk along the top of the
east side of the Lower Lakes canyon until you reach the starting point at “Entrance 1”.

107. The historic town of Mostar, spanning a deep valley of the Neretva River,
developed in the 15th and 16th centuries as an Ottoman frontier town. Mostar has
long been known for its old Turkish houses and Old Bridge. In the 1990s conflict,
however, most of the historic town and the Old Bridge, designed by the renowned
architect Sinan, was destroyed. The Old Bridge was recently rebuilt and many of
the edifices in the Old Town have been restored or rebuilt with the contribution of an
international scientific committee established by UNESCO. The Old Bridge area,
with its pre-Ottoman, eastern Ottoman, Mediterranean and western European
architectural features, is an outstanding example of a multicultural urban settlement.
The reconstructed Old Bridge and Old City of Mostar is a symbol of reconciliation,
international co-operation and of the coexistence of diverse cultural, ethnic and
religious communities.
