33. Scanning & Indexing (Indexing/Classification) Description: The Project involves Indexing and classification of patient’s hospital records in a clients custom software “DocFlow”. We have to perform Identification, Cleanup, Stacking, Indexation and Quality Control of the documents. Input: Client based software accessed via Remote Desktop, Images. Process: Hi-Tech performs the identification of the patient files with the database through patient number, name & DOB. Then we perform cleanup wherein unwanted pages are deleted. We change the orientation as per requirement. Once the clean-up is done we stack the documents in different categories. Finally the stacks are tagged with the appropriate category. Output: We works directly on client’s machines.
