is increasing not to mention the matric fail rate in township
schools annually, these have in turn seen many schools closing down in the township
.The looming issue of alcohol and drugs being used by the youth keeps increasing.
Specifically a drug called “NYAOPE” contributes heavily to crime,
HIV and teenage pregnancy that seem to be rising.

6. Our main aim is to partner with schools and use them as our
potent transformational tool to
communicate with the youth .We plan to partner with other
institutions as to host life skills workshops in
schools and have mentoring programs as to inspire and
encourage the youth with their dreams and
goals .We will also host motivational talk shows as to give
successful people the integrity and honor to
role model their success to the youth.
7. As to educate the youth about the
economy, we will partner with financial
institutions as to ensure that the youth is
facilitated on financial literacy and
savings. Providing opportunities and
enabling progress is our mission hence
we aim at encouraging the unemployed
youth to seek for business opportunities
that will provide job opportunities and in
turn boost the economy of the country
whiles reducing crime and poverty.
The organisation addresses social,
environmental and economic challenges
that face the communities and country
at large. It aims at redirecting the
mentality of the youth and showing
them that success is within them.
8. Using our Young Entrepreneur Program we will
select 10 schools and in each select 10 student’s
.We will give them an opportunity to start a
business that they deem fit and grant them a
R500.00 loan that must be repayable at 0 %
interest after 6 weeks. A teacher will be
appointed to supervise the group and assist if
any assistance is needed .After 6 weeks we will
recognize the team that made most profit in a
form of an award and select 10 different schools
that will also undergo the same program for 6
weeks. As a bonus feature we will encourage
each school to start a recycling project as to
educate the learners about the importance of
environmental sustainability at grass root level
or alternatively start a food garden that will
serve as a source of food for underprivileged
learners.
9. To provide the youth with
intelligence, opportunities for
growth, broaden their
perspectives on business ideas
and groom a healthy life style
within them as to ensure that
their standard of living and
quality of life is improved.
To run our programs effectively and
efficient we use our monitoring and
evaluation tool which embraces a
significant element that speaks to us on
how to tackle problems identified .It also
assists us to measure and quantify the
outcome after our intervention.
