Team MY_VISION proposes solutions to increase workplace happiness and help people find fulfilling careers. They found that many people are unhappy or feel mismatched in their jobs. To address this, they implemented flexible work hours, a relaxed work environment, and opportunities to change roles periodically. Additionally, their education system focuses on hands-on learning through industry visits starting in 10th grade and allows students to try three careers over four years to find their best fit before graduating with two years of experience. They believe this approach will boost productivity, close skills gaps, and help both students and companies.

2.  Wow,what a wonderful morning this is.its 27th
september 2022 7 am.We are very much
happy with our work..who are we?
Today We are the DIRECTORs of one of the leading
software companies in the world.But this is not our
dream job. its mentioned in 5th slide.
 We have made possible that every person who
is working for us doesn’t feel like
employee.They feel that its their own
company and give more than 100%..

 Our team did a useful research work,we have
asked questions to many people to know
WHY IS IT SO??.Here are the results.

4.  Bonuses, allowances, insurance everything a
company offers today but what a company
requires is a COMMITMENT.
 SOLUTIONS::
 1. Our company is working in flexible timings. anybody
can work at any time at their convenience but for a
pre-defined working hours for the day.
 2. Our company is having the HOME like atmosphere, I
mean we have sofas to seat,some soft music is
running and the people don’t need to follow any
dresscode, they can come and work in pyjamas n
shorts anything.
 3. Our company gives every employee a chance to work in
different segments, for that we have training sesions daily for
some period so that they can change the segment if they get
bored after completing a project.

5.  4. We have developed personal relationship of each and
every employee of ours. We do make a small celebration
on our employee’s birthday , anniversary and also at
times when they achieve a milestone in their career.
This is a very important solution in my point of view,
because today everybody wants to get wished, get
appreciated and acknowledged by people around them.
MY DREAM JOB
is to apply this working atmosphere in all the
companies and meet all the government in charge
all over the world to apply the greatest EDUCATION
SYSTEM for better future of mankind, which we
have mentioned in the dream education section::

 Now this is something which needs a lot of
effort from parents, teachers and the person
himself to find the perfect career.
 For this WE have applied one of the strongest
and one of the finest education system ever so
that people can find their desired job by the
time when they get their graduation degree.

7.  PARENTS :
First of all, parents have to change their mindset. They need to give children a
friendly approach so that they can choose wisely their profession and ALLOW CHILDREN
TO DO MISTAKES on choosing the career.
HOW EDUCATION SYSTEM GOES:
 BASICS:
From the very first standerd,children will have a smart class-rooms, so they can
understand more rather than just remember and all the exams will be on logics and
MCQs.
 INDUSRIAL VISIT :
After 10th std arrange industrial visit for students each n every week so that they got
to know the actual field work and develop their interest. This visit includes sports
academies also.

8.  SAY NO TO COLLEGES :
 SAY NO TO CURRICULAM.
 THEN WHAT TO DO:
Graduation duration will be of four years in which students will allow to
choose 3 professions to pick including sports but doesn’t include medical
field.
BULL’S-EYE:
 First three years he/she will be working in the INDUSTRIES
related to his chosen profession(one profession one year).
 In Final year he/she will decide which is the best profession for
him/her, and then he/she countinues working for the selected
field and spending another year in desired profession he/she will
get 2 years of working exp. Certificate from government of
desired field at the end of the graduation.

9.  Gap between industries and colleges will
dissappear..which is one of the biggest concern in
todays time.
 Government will be having the highest production
growth ever. They don’t need to import the goods as
their industries is run by the great man power, THE
YOUTH and they are observed by the experts so country
will make a huge progress.
 Youth or students will be having the opportunity to get
the job as easy as they could ever get with having 2
yrs. Of experience in their pocket or have the chance to
start his or her own company when they complete the
graduation.

10.  Companies will save a lot of money which they
are spending today after trainees.
 Students on the other hand is having high
confidence that the can survive in their field in
any situation as they have a field knowledge.
