you speak? Or do you
feel strong and powerful

3. Some people love to stand and share their ideas in front
large numbers of people and other prefer to simply listen or
to sit quietly at the back.
Every one gets nervous about speaking in public. But
sometimes it’s important to express your point of view in

4. TOPICS: The majority of schools around the world have some
kind of school uniform. Students say that it gives them a sense
of belonging. But there are those argue that it would be better
for children not to wear a school uniform. They say that they
should have the right to express their individuality. What do you
think?
IN AGREEMENT:
• Some school uniforms are expensive and they do not have
any use outside of school. Parents don’t get their money’s
worth. Kids grow fast and these uniforms have to be
replaced yearly. It’s a waste of money.
• Students have the right to express themselves for who they
are. Instead of buying a uniform, parents could just buy their
kid’s normal children’s clothes. Most of them would
probably just wear the same to school anyway. Also, it
5. • By wearing uniforms, students lose their sense of
individuality. Kids need to remember their uniqueness.
• Students who are force to wear a uniform will find other way
to express themselves through to accesories anyway. They
would, for example, wear lots of jewerly or make up .
Students will look for any means possible to show they
really are.
IN DISAGREEMENT:
• Uniforms save parents money because they don’t have to
buy every day clothes for their kids. Uniforms are made from
strong and sturdy materials which are made to last and they
don’t have to spend a year’s wages buying designer clothes
• Uniforms make everyone the same, so kids aren’t judged by
their clothes. They don’t have to pressure to fit in because
6. of what they wear. People don’t look at the because of their
economic or social status and students don’t judge each other
on appeareance.
• Sociologist say that students who wear a unifrom perform
better academically. They stop concentrating on their
wardrobes and concentrate more on what they study.
• Students who wear uniform are more likely to follow the
rules and take school more seriously. Uniforms also create a
sense of belonging which is very important.

• Students should wear jewerly and accesories to school
• Uniforms shouldn’t be obligatoty at schools
