29. Science Education and Teaching of Social Studies had the lowest proportions of Black and Hispanic PCs (7%). About TC Program Completers (2000-2005)... Mathematics Education had the highest proportion of Black and Hispanic PCs (17%) followed by Literacy (14%) and Elementary Education (13%). Mathematics Education PCs had the highest proportion of males (35%) followed by Social Studies (32%).
