3. Key Action 1
• Mobility has to be
– Part of school policy
– Fit to the needs of staff developments
– Put into the context of preparation-follow up
activities and selection
– Results are to be implemented and disseminated
• Between 2 days and 2 month
• Deadline: February 2nd 2017

4. Key Action 2
• Strategic partnerships:
• Cross sectoral partnerships between school
and ‘other’ stakeholders
• Schools only partnership between ‘only’
schools

5. KA-2 schools only
• All about:
– Enhancing quality of education
– International cooperation
– Sustainable reforms
• Starts with a school policy plan + ambition
• You need:
– good project idea  goals evaluation  impact
implementation dissemination
• Duration: 12-36 month
• 100 mobilities max
• Minimum of 3 partners
• Deadline: March 29th 2017 12:00 CET

6. KA-2 Cross Sectoral Partnerships
• Like schools only
• But additional:
– More funding possible
– More staff mobility's
– More funding abilities for several staff members
– Funding intellectual outputs
