Our team’s understanding of their respective markets is strengthened

recruiters, but engineers. To give you an overview of a number of our
staff – Our Finance Director has 15 years + experience as a Project
Engineer in the UK and the Netherlands, 3 out of our 6 principal
engineering consultants are degree qualified in physics, chemical
engineering and geology (renewable sector) respectively. The
remaining consultants all have at least 3 years + experience within an
engineering field ranging from mechanical design to offshore drilling to
CNC machining / tooling.

We pride ourselves on our ability to source personnel due to the very nature
of our consultancy. IntaPeople’s search and selection process for
candidates differs to the way most recruitment firms / agencies operate. We
do not rely on adverts or marketing - instead we work predominately on a
referral basis built through our network of friends, colleagues, former
colleagues and associates. We source the technical professionals whose
CVs are not available on jobs boards, who are not replying to adverts, which
are not unhappy or insufficiently qualified for their current roles. We do not
sell to candidates or believe in sourcing professionals who only tick some of
the boxes. We believe in investing the time in your business to provide you
with right first time candidates, who are capable of matching your
requirements and most importantly doing the job. The people we represent
