9. Goal: Competitiveness Enhancing
1.- COST REDUCTION BY OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY:
• Great savings by energy waste reduction
• PUE = 1,15 means a 15% reduction in operating costs.
• => Whole environmental footprint reduction (not only energy, but water use, and other impacts
based in the life cycle sustainability assessment) i.e. Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emission reduction.
• => Public Laws and Government Regulations
• => Corporative Social Responsibility.
• Great savings in maintenance costs
• Optimization through the homogenization of equipment and cloud mode systems, besides the
knowledge transfer to support Level 1, represent a savings of 20% in operating costs.
• Services in industrialized mode
• Maximizing operations through ITIL + LEAN MANAGEMENT, costs per ticket means 10%
reduction in total operating costs.
TOTAL REDUCTION 45 %
2.- Innovative and Differentiating NEW SERVICES:
• Tier IV
• Cloud Services

GARTNER: DCIM integrates the management of both information technology (IT systems)
and facility and installations (i.e. no IT equipment) of a DC in order to centralize monitoring,
management and intelligent capacity planning of a data center's critical systems
i.e. solution that operates DC in holistic way orchestrating IT operations with Installation
operations under a common global DC Management that control both IT systems and energy
and other Installations systems, and synchronize them focusing on both efficiency
improvement (both energy and operations).
