Close to the airport Roissy CDG and major railroad and
highway networks, this project multi-product develops
200 000 sq. meter on 30 hectares, piloted by SODEARIF
(Bouygues Group) and Portica, and is mainly dedicated to the
exchanges China / Europe.
The architectural and environmental party HQE (High
Environmental Quality) will integrate main part of an
international wholesales center, hotel complex, offices and
light industrial part, around the theme of the renewable
energies.
This project so creates one of the key zones of the future Great
Paris area.
Shenzhen Xintian Solar Technology Company, represented by
his President Mr. Jiang YU, is developing the first phase of
this project.
