10. S1 LEADERSHIP LEAPS What is ‘Leadership Leaps’? Leadership Leaps is a process developed in John Paul Academy to promote leadership awareness and skills within all our pupils. Why bother? ‘Leadership Leaps’ will create a ‘buzz’ among a year group, giving pupils a real sense of achievement. You will become more responsible for your learning and your future. Pupils who complete all 10 leaps will have a reward ceremony where they will receive a certificate and enjoy watching a movie. What are examples of My Personal Targets?
