• En pacientes con SCACEST que reciben angioplastia primaria
por acceso arterial, el uso de bivalirudina con una infusión
de altas dosis post angioplastia de 2-4 horas presenta una
reducción de la mortalidad total y los sangrados mayores en
comparación con heparina no fraccionada.
