Traffic Potential:
- 80-100 searches per month
- Top 3 rankings get 92% of the traffic
- Then we can assume that same home
page *could* also rank well for 2-4
other keywords if it’s optimized right
and some link building was done...
totaling POTENTIAL TRAFFIC of about
200-300 visitors a month.
NOT TOO BAD!
Then maybe you have another page or two
aimed at ranking for a couple more keywords
like “stop foreclosure Birmingham”, etc... adding
another 50-75 potential visitors a month.
8. Convert 10% of that traffic to a lead
and you’re at about 1 lead per day.
