19. Redo/Re-gradeKaty ISD’s new policies What is a Major Grade? What is a Major Test Grade? Students will be allowed to redo a major test (counted twice) if they fail with a grade below 70. Both failing and retake grade will be averaged for a maximum grade of 70. Students will not have the opportunity to retake a daily major grade that they have failed. Students who have been absent have one day to complete their assignments for each day they were absent.

Meal Account can be used only to purchase one meal per serving period with no ala carte items. *Checks must be noted as “meal account only,” otherwise money will be applied to general account.* Parents may now use the MealPayPlus prepayment system with credit or debit cards. Please note, a 4.75% fee per transaction will be assessed.
