19. Redo/Re-gradeKaty ISD’s new policies What is a Major Grade? What is a Major Test Grade? Students will be allowed to redo a major test (counted twice) if they fail with a grade below 70. Both failing and retake grade will be averaged for a maximum grade of 70. Students will not have the opportunity to retake a daily major grade that they have failed. Students who have been absent have one day to complete their assignments for each day they were absent.
