STORY, IT IS ABOUT THE STORY AND
THE PEOPLE IN THE STORY

16. BEYOND REPORTING: ADD A VALID
PIECE OF INFORMATION ON WHAT
ACTIONS THE PEOPLE CAN TAKE TO
ENGAGE THE STORY BEING REPORTED
