Research Paper On Teenage Sass
Emmy is maturing so fast, still sweet and caring but definitely forming that teenage sass...lol...entering the teenage years is going to be new
territory for us. I love that she talks to us about anything. She took hunters safety this year and developed a new interest in hunting. Jeramie and
Emmy went out a few Saturday morning in the fall but the deer won, no kills this year, but Emmy now knows how to safely handle a firearm, a
very important skill! She blew out her knees and couldn't compete in cross country, but continued fulfilling her love of music in band, pep band,
and honor choir. She has a great group of friends, Katie is moving away at the end of the school year which will be said for both kids since her brother
Nicky is CJ's best friend. Hopefully everyone else will stick around and they will always be a tight group of close friends.... Show more content on

class and she adores him too. She told me she always gives him a bad time about being so quite in hopes of bringing him more out of his shell. I guess
he got in trouble for talking in class when he was in kindergarten and has been scared to talk ever since, who knew...ha! He also has a great group of

Amalie ''Emmy" Noether
1882–1935
Emmy Noether was born on March 23, 1882, in Erlangen, Germany, into a family of five. Her parents were Max and Ida Noether. Since she was a
woman, she couldn't attend college. Instead, she had to attend a finishing school in Erlangen, Germany named Höhere Töcher Schule. In 1900, at
the age of 18, she passed the State of Bavaria examinations and became certified to teach English and French. Because she had a strong love of
mathematics, she decided to pursue a career in that field. From 1900 to 1902, she took math courses from the University of Erlangen. In 1904, she
enrolled for a semester at the University of Göttingen, but after completing the semester, she decided to go back Erlangen to try to get her Ph.D. In
1907, she got a doctorate in the study of Paul Gordan. Her degree was awarded the highest distinction possible, the summa cum laude. ... Show more

Ideals in Ring Domain) which becam the foundation for the ring theory. After spending most of her time working without pay, Emmy was granted the
position of adjunct in 1922, which provided her little pay and barely any benefits. Since her work on the Ring Theory in the 1920's was ground
breaking, she was invited to the University of Moscow and the University of Frankfurt. Amalie was forced to move to the United States after the Nazis

Renting Is Not A Waste Of Money Chapter 1 Summary
In this chapter Roy tells the other about owning and renting a house and disproves the theory that renting is throwing away your money. The chapter
starts off with the barber shop group congratulating Dave for winning the golf game against Tom, afterwards Dave reveal that his wife due soon and
they will be buying a house soon he then confesses that he is afraid of buying a house, but he sure he never want to rent which his sister agrees with
saying that renting is just throwing away your money, which starts off the lesson. There are three main reason why renting is not a waste of money like
the three think, the first reason is that renting is can be a smarter choice then buying. Second reason is that buying house can cost more money than
renting.... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In the book Roy explains why not everyone should buy a home because it isn't a smart choice for everyone, people like Tom who is single should
not buy a house when they could just rent, buying a house when they will be living alone which would be a waste of money. The second reason is
that sometimes the mortgage payment and rent can be the same like with Cathy but that isn't always the case, in the book Roy states something that
backs this up, "They're looking at rent of $450 or a mortgage payment of $850. Suddenly, renting versus buying is no longer apples versus apples."
"But it is also going to cost $400 a month more than renting. That's a lot of money." Which means renting can be a better option for someone living
alone because the cost is less. Roy shares his doubts about the real estate and how it always good to "You're wrong. Real estate can go down.
Generally, house prices have risen since the depression but with periodic declines. No trend lasts forever," Roy cautioned." Though he does state that
the real estate may not come down, but its better be safe than sorry. By the end of the book you finally understand why many people believe that
renting is a waste of time and money and why this is false which is explained by

Ellen Lee DeGeneres was born and raised in Metairie, Louisiana the daughter of Betty Degeneres (nГ©e Elizabeth Jane Pfeffer), a speech therapist,
and Elliott Everett DeGeneres, an insurance agent. She has one brother, Vance, a musician and producer. She is of French, English, German, and
Irish descent. She was raised as a Christian scientist until age 13. In 1973, her parents filed for separation and were divorced the following year.
Shortly after, Ellen 's mother married Roy Gruessendorf, a salesman. Betty Jane and Ellen moved with Gruessendorf from the New Orleans area to
Atlanta, Texas. Vance stayed with his father. On a February 2011 episode of her show, she told her studio audience of a letter from the New England

She was also profiled in detail on ABC 's Primetime Live.
Her wit won over audiences, and DeGeneres finally found success as an actress with her own prime–time sitcom–the self–titled television series, Ellen.
The series was originally titled These Friends of Mine but was renamed in 1994. From that point, the show evolved from its beginnings as an
ensemble effort into a showcase for DeGeneres.
The show faced strong criticism when, in April 1997, DeGeneres 's character became the first lead in sitcom history to openly acknowledge her
homosexuality on air. An ABC affiliate in Birmingham, Alabama, refused to air the landmark episode. Fearing controversy, some of the show 's
sponsors, Daimler Chrysler among them, withdrew advertisements.
Several episodes following her reveal had gay themes and, throughout the remainder of the season, DeGeneres and ABC executives faced a storm of
criticism. But the show also received rounds of applause from gay–friendly activists–including DeGeneres 's mother, Betty DeGeneres, who appeared
on numerous talk shows in support of her daughter. Despite a supportive audience, an Emmy Awardfor the coming–out episode and the show 's
groundbreaking place in television history, Ellen was canceled in 1998.
But DeGeneres had already made the move to the big screen, starring in the dark comedy Mr. Wrong (1996)

became the foundation for commutative ring theory. The 'Noetherian rings' and 'Noetherian ideals' formed part of her mathematical contributions. Her
insights and ideas in topology had a great impact in the field of Mathematics.
The third epoch began from 1927–1935, where non–commutative algebras, representation theory, hyper–complex numbers and linear transformations

She underwent surgery to remove a Uterine Tumor and she later passed away due to a postoperative infection on April 14, 1935 in Bryn Mawr,
Pennsylvania. After WW2 ended, Emmy was honored by The University of Erlangen. Ashes were also buried near the Bryn Mawr's library. For her
contributions to mathematics, Emmy's legacy will always be remembered. In addition to research and teaching, Noether helped to edit the
Mathematische Annalen, a German mathematical journal which covers a wide spectrum of modern mathematics. She was the focus of the strongest
mathematical activity at Gottingen. The length and significance of her work cannot be carefully judged from her papers. Much of her work showed up
in the publications of her students and colleagues. Many times a suggestion or even a typical comment revealed her great insight and encouraged
another to complete and perfect some idea. Noether and many other professors were dismissed in 1933 because the Nazis came to power at that time.
Later, in a letter to the New York Times, Albert Einstein wrote, "In judgement of the most competent living mathematicians, Fraulein Noether was the
most significant creative mathematical genius thus far produced since the higher education of women began." For her contributions in Algebra, Physics,
and common mathematics in general, Emmy Noether's legacy will forever be remembered and carried on.

Compare And Contrast A Streetcar Named Desire And The...
When one text is borrowed from another, an adaptation is made in which a text's general themes, characters, settings and other elements are similar, yet
differences are made in order to better appeal to the targeted audience and the market. In this case, A Streetcar Named Desire by Tennessee Williams
was adapted into The Simpsons A Streetcar Named Marge, targeting children and fans of The Simpsons; the Simpsons carry out the play and turn it
into a musical, called A Streetcar Named Marge. Although some elements are similar or even the same, many more are altered or different, which
gives comical effects and allows better understanding of the targeted audiences. Firstly, there is a very acute representation of the characters from the
original text. For example, the director is looking for a muscular and attractive man to play as Stanley, and he asks all the guys to take off their shirts
as soon as the audition begins. Likewise, although the mother Simpson, Marge, first did not get the role of Blanche during the audition, as she was
calling Homer, the father Simpson, with a sad and depressed voice, she gets chosen to play the role, as the director believes that this overly dramatic
and pessimistic action is like Blanche's. Even further, throughout the play, Homer acts as an inconsiderate and self–centered husband, who ... Show

Albert Einstein's Role In The Life Of Emmy Noether
Likened to Albert Einstein, Emmy Noether didn't care for her appearance and rather preferred to be judged on her mental capabilities. She played a
pivotal role in the creation of abstract algebra, as well as a collaborator on multiple crucial cases one of which involved equipping a formula to Albert
Einstein's Theory of Relativity. She was eccentric at times, unkempt, didn't wear the traditional clothing for a woman of her time, and above all else
she was brilliant in a time when women's minds were being suppressed (McGrayne 1993).
Noether was born on March 23, 1882 in Erlangen, Germany. She was born into a well–to–do family, her mother was from a family of wholesale
merchants and her father Max came from a family of successful iron importers. Emmy was influenced at a young age by her father, who was the first
of his family to leave the field of importing iron in exchange for a career as a mathematician (McGrayne 64–65). The older Emmy got, the more she
took a liking to mathematics, however she it was difficult for her to learn more about it due to how the world viewed women at the time. German
laws made it where girls were forced to learn about household management, elementary pedagogy and child care. Women were meant to live in a
domestic manner. She had to spend much of her life waiting for german laws to liberalize. This meant that Emmy had to be creative when it came to
educational opportunities (McGrayne 68). She attended teacher's training programs, studied to

The Fundamentals Of Caring By Rob Burnett
The Fundamentals of Caring Evaluation
The Fundamentals of Caring directed by Rob Burnett who is a five time Emmy award winner and a 31 time Emmy nominee. Rob Burnett started
off as an intern for David Letterman and then was head writer for Everybody Loves Raymond. Later in 2012 he created an independent movie
called We Made This Movie and then went on to create The Fundamentals of Caring in 2016. The Fundamentals of Caring is different; it was the
final movie shown at Sundance and goes beyond the everyday struggles of caring for a disabled person. It is argued that it is just a long explanation
of what "ALOHA– Ask, Listen, Observe, Help, Ask Again" truly means, but it shows the hardships that come with jumping over hurdles both
physically and emotionally that result in unanticipated relationships. The Fundamentals of Caring contains indecent humor, weak sense of shock, but
the acting was able to redeem itself and become pragmatic. The Fundamentals of Caring is about a new caregiver named Ben (Paul Rudd) who starts
off taking care of Trevor (Craig Roberts) who has a rare disorder called DuchenneMuscular Dystrophy. Ben soon discovered that he likes to pull
pranks that are over–the–top. For example, Trevor pretended to choke from his food and Ben did not realize he was joking and "freaked" out. Ben
also uncovered Trevor had an interest in mapping out tourist sites because he believes he will never see them; it is his excitement. Ben plans and gets
permission to bring

Over The Summer I Started Watching
Over the summer I started watching "Shameless". I immediately fell in love with the shows drama and dysfunctional family. After months of begging,
I've finally convinced my roommate to start watching. While I've seen every episode, I'm watching again and realizing how important the show is. If
you haven't watched "Shameless", I highly recommend doing so, because the show is not only entertaining, but it's a wake–up call and a reality check
on things happening in your own life.
I'll start you off with the basics: Starring Emmy Rossum and William Macy, the show focuses on a very abnormalfamily, living in the ghetto of
Chicago, the Gallagher's. Macy plays Frank, the alcoholic (and mostly absent) father of six kids. The eldest of the kids ... Show more content on

Lip is the hottie every girl wants, and he has a hard time keeping a relationship. He falls in love with his friends with benefits, and during their 'off'
times, he's sleeping with Ian's 'girlfriend' (until he comes out), once they fizzle out, he starts seeing his college professor (she's married and twice his
age...happens more than you think), and once things turn sour, he goes running towards his next heartbreak.
There's also a major focus on addiction. I've already mentioned Frank is an alcoholic, and he spends all his money (from scams and disability) on
alcohol, and when there's some extra left, he picks up some crack and whatever other drugs he can get his hands on. His addiction is so bad, he
often blacks out (sometimes for months), and wakes up in another state or country. Lip seems to be following in Frank's footsteps, especially after his
relationship with his professor ends. His drinking habits get him kicked out of school, and lands him in rehab. After he gets out, he keeps his drinking
habits under control, but eventually starts to spiral out of control when life gets tough. Kevin, the Gallagher's neighbor, grows pot, and he and Lip sell
joints to the locals over the summer to make extra money. When Monica (the mother) decides to be in the pitcher, she and Frank will blow through the
family's money to get their

Netflix : The United States Film Industry
One of the struggles for Netflix has always been getting rights to programming. In an effort to save DVD sales Hollywood studios tried to weaken
their streaming services by withholding the rights or by charging more for newer movies. Big studios like Warner Bros., Fox and Universal made
deals that allowed Netflix to use old movies but only if it waited twenty–eight days after the release of a new DVD before making it available to the
public (Balio, 2013). Film executives believe that Netflix is taking the value out of movies by making them available anywhere, anytime (Kaiser,
2011). The fees do not stop them however. The more subscriptions Netflix receives, the more revenue they bring in and the more willing they are to
pay the high fees to get films from the studios and the cycle is brought full circle, the more films, the more subscribers (Roth, 2009).
Netflix faces a lot of issues when it launches internationally and can impact not only the United States film industry but the foreign film industries as
well. Earlier this year when the company tried to launch in France it was met with a lot of criticism. France has a small but strong film industry and is
worried that the introduction of Netflix will end it. The French government believes that "Netflix will undermine the complex system created by
broadcasters and the government to protect a French film industry that is central to the country 's identity, and a significant part of its economy"
(O'Brien, 2014). According

Emmy Noether: A Brief Biography
Throughout the history of math, very few women are to be found along the line. This is so, because there was a time when freedom just was not
present. People were segregated by their gender, race, or religion. They led a life based on the stereotypes of who they were made out to be in the eye
of the general public. Prevailing through multiple impediments was Emmy Noether. It's impressively inspiring how much she committed herself to a
field that not only is rather unpopular, but also one that discriminates against females, especially in her lifetime in the late 1800's and 1900's. Noether's
theorem is one of the few reasons that history will be etched by her legacy. Emmy Noether (pronounced NER–ter) started out young. By that, I mean

this unfairly justified era. As the tension between Jews and Germans progressed, Jewish Emmy Noether did too. Her studies in math invariance led
to a great theorem (Noether's Theorem), which explains how "wherever you find some sort of symmetry in nature, some predictability or
homogeneity of parts, you'll find lurking in the background a corresponding conservation" (Angier). Lone behold, her home country of Germany
forced her to flee, regarding her religion as a Jew. She crossed path with Einstein in getting another professor job, but more significantly, made a last

The Good The Bad And The Daily Show Analysis
The utilization of The Daily Show In the article, "The Good, the Bad, and The Daily Show", Jason Zinser, a teacher at the University of North
Florida, discusses the coverage of "fake" entertainment news. Zinser effectively argues the different benefits and disadvantages of entertaining news.
When reading this article, one can find that Zinser uses emotional appeals to create a sense of intentness to his readers, uses ethical appeals to create
trust from his readers, and uses logical appeals to inform readers of the difference between humorus news and undeniable news. Zinser utilizes his
readers emotional appeal, pathos, to prove that "fake" news programs, such as The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, use "deception and dilution" (365). He
states that deception is giving the wrong information on purpose; yet, states that The Daily Show does not claim to be a legitimate news source (Zinser

Traditionally, society consider mathematicians to be men. This, however, is not entirely true. Throughout history, there have been many women
mathematicians who have contributed just as much as their male–counterparts. Even though their names might have been forgotten, their contributions
to mathematics have not. One of these women mathematicians was German–born Emmy Noether. Known primarily for her profound theorems in ring
theory, Emmy Noether's most significant achievement runs deeper: she changed the way mathematicians think about their subject. "She taught us to
think in simple, and thus general, terms... homomorphic image, the group or ring with operators, the ideal... and not in complicated algebraic
calculations," said her colleague P.S. Alexandroff during a memorial service after her death. In this way, she cleared a path toward the discovery of
new algebraic patterns that had previously been obscured.... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

Examples Of Stereotypes In The Simpsons
One of the beloved grandfathers of television history has been Grandpa Abraham Simpson from The Simpsons who demonstrates how we interact
with the geriatric population in America. Although Grandpa Simpson shows up in many gags throughout the series, I will be focusing on three
episodes where he and the other senior citizens of Springfield are involved in the main plot. "Grandpa vs. Sexual Inadequacy" focuses on the
relationship between Grandpa Simpson and his son, Homer, while he helps Homer's intimacy issues. "The Front" involves his grandchildren, Bart and
Lisa, using Abraham's name to submit scripts to their favorite cartoon. "The Old Man and the 'C' Student" showcases the other residents at Grandpa's
retirement home where Bart is forced to volunteer. These episodes hold accurate representations of our perception of the elderly. Often, older
characters on television shows are portrayed in a negative light and The Simpsons are no exception. These characters are used in gags to exaggerate
common stereotypes we see in the elderly such as making irrational demands or their apparent forgetfulness. When Bart and Lisa visit Grandpa at his

residents continue to laugh despite having heard the joke numerous times. Bart implores the nurse to allow the residents to have more fun but she is

How Can Emmy Noether Became Famous?
Emmy Noether was born on March 23,1882 in Erlangen Germany, and died on April 14, 1935 in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. I couldn't find anything
about her childhood or anything about her family so I'm going to go straight into why she is "famous" and how she became "famous".
She was certified to teach English and French in an all girls schools in the 1900's. But instead Emmy chose to stay in school and study mathematics at
the University of Erlangen–Nurnberg. At this time women weren't treated equally, so she could only attend class if her instructor said she could. Her
course for mathematics was taught by David Hilbert, Felix Klein, Hermann Minkoeski, and astronomer Karl Schwarzschild.
Emmy returned to her home town of Erlangen in 1904 when women were finally able to go to school full time. She went back to school to get her
Ph.D. degree in 1907, with a dissertation on algebraic invariants. Emmy stayed in her home town to work without getting paid on her own research and
assisting her father Max Noether, a mathematician. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
They tried to persuade her to stay, despite the fact that multiple faculty members didn't want a women to teach at a University. The faculty didn't get
their way because she would give lectures in classes under Hilbert's name.
In 1918 Emmy discovered that if the lagrangian, which is a quantity that characterizes aa physical system in mechanics it is kinetic minus potential
energy, does not change when the coordinate system changes. So now there is a law known as the Noether's theorem which is the relation between
what are known as the symmetries of a physical system. This law has proven to be a key result in theoretical physics. From this Emmy won formal
admission as an academic lecturer in 1919. This concludes my essay on Emmy

The German monarchy was removed and the country became a republic. Noether, and all women in Germany, were given the right to vote for the

  • 1. Research Paper On Teenage Sass Emmy is maturing so fast, still sweet and caring but definitely forming that teenage sass...lol...entering the teenage years is going to be new territory for us. I love that she talks to us about anything. She took hunters safety this year and developed a new interest in hunting. Jeramie and Emmy went out a few Saturday morning in the fall but the deer won, no kills this year, but Emmy now knows how to safely handle a firearm, a very important skill! She blew out her knees and couldn't compete in cross country, but continued fulfilling her love of music in band, pep band, and honor choir. Hopefully everyone else will stick around and they will always be a tight group of close friends.... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... He also participated on the Elder Grove 5th grade red basketball team. He is all heart when he plays and I love seeing it. My sweet boy, always looking out for his momma! I think he still worries a lot about Jeramie's health, but that is slowly getting better. He absolutely loves being in Mrs. Parson's class and she adores him too. She told me she always gives him a bad time about being so quite in hopes of bringing him more out of his shell. I guess he got in trouble for talking in class when he was in kindergarten and has been scared to talk ever since, who knew...ha! He also has a great group of friends, Nicky will be severely missed when they move. CJ also loves music and took up the trumpet for 5th grade band, he loves ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

In the book Roy explains why not everyone should buy a home because it isn't a smart choice for everyone, people like Tom who is single should not buy a house when they could just rent, buying a house when they will be living alone which would be a waste of money. The second reason is that sometimes the mortgage payment and rent can be the same like with Cathy but that isn't always the case, in the book Roy states something that backs this up, "They're looking at rent of $450 or a mortgage payment of $850. Suddenly, renting versus buying is no longer apples versus apples." "But it is also going to cost $400 a month more than renting. That's a lot of money." Which means renting can be a better option for someone living alone because the cost is less. Roy shares his doubts about the real estate and how it always good to "You're wrong. An ABC affiliate in Birmingham, Alabama, refused to air the landmark episode. Fearing controversy, some of the show 's sponsors, Daimler Chrysler among them, withdrew advertisements. But the show also received rounds of applause from gay–friendly activists–including DeGeneres 's mother, Betty DeGeneres, who appeared on numerous talk shows in support of her daughter. Despite a supportive audience, an Emmy Awardfor the coming–out episode and the show 's groundbreaking place in television history, Ellen was canceled in 1998. • 18. Albert Einstein's Role In The Life Of Emmy Noether Likened to Albert Einstein, Emmy Noether didn't care for her appearance and rather preferred to be judged on her mental capabilities. She played a pivotal role in the creation of abstract algebra, as well as a collaborator on multiple crucial cases one of which involved equipping a formula to Albert Einstein's Theory of Relativity. She was eccentric at times, unkempt, didn't wear the traditional clothing for a woman of her time, and above all else she was brilliant in a time when women's minds were being suppressed (McGrayne 1993). Noether was born on March 23, 1882 in Erlangen, Germany. She was born into a well–to–do family, her mother was from a family of wholesale merchants and her father Max came from a family of successful iron importers. Emmy was influenced at a young age by her father, who was the first of his family to leave the field of importing iron in exchange for a career as a mathematician (McGrayne 64–65). The older Emmy got, the more she took a liking to mathematics, however she it was difficult for her to learn more about it due to how the world viewed women at the time. German laws made it where girls were forced to learn about household management, elementary pedagogy and child care. Women were meant to live in a domestic manner. • 25. Netflix : The United States Film Industry One of the struggles for Netflix has always been getting rights to programming. In an effort to save DVD sales Hollywood studios tried to weaken their streaming services by withholding the rights or by charging more for newer movies. Big studios like Warner Bros., Fox and Universal made deals that allowed Netflix to use old movies but only if it waited twenty–eight days after the release of a new DVD before making it available to the public (Balio, 2013). Film executives believe that Netflix is taking the value out of movies by making them available anywhere, anytime (Kaiser, 2011). The fees do not stop them however. The more subscriptions Netflix receives, the more revenue they bring in and the more willing they are to pay the high fees to get films from the studios and the cycle is brought full circle, the more films, the more subscribers (Roth, 2009). Netflix faces a lot of issues when it launches internationally and can impact not only the United States film industry but the foreign film industries as well. Earlier this year when the company tried to launch in France it was met with a lot of criticism. France has a small but strong film industry and is worried that the introduction of Netflix will end it. • 31. How Can Emmy Noether Became Famous? Emmy Noether was born on March 23,1882 in Erlangen Germany, and died on April 14, 1935 in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. I couldn't find anything about her childhood or anything about her family so I'm going to go straight into why she is "famous" and how she became "famous". She was certified to teach English and French in an all girls schools in the 1900's. But instead Emmy chose to stay in school and study mathematics at the University of Erlangen–Nurnberg. At this time women weren't treated equally, so she could only attend class if her instructor said she could. Her course for mathematics was taught by David Hilbert, Felix Klein, Hermann Minkoeski, and astronomer Karl Schwarzschild. Emmy returned to her home town of Erlangen in 1904 when women were finally able to go to school full time. She went back to school to get her Ph.D. degree in 1907, with a dissertation on algebraic invariants. Emmy stayed in her home town to work without getting paid on her own research and assisting her father Max Noether, a mathematician. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... They tried to persuade her to stay, despite the fact that multiple faculty members didn't want a women to teach at a University. The faculty didn't get their way because she would give lectures in classes under Hilbert's name. In 1918 Emmy discovered that if the lagrangian, which is a quantity that characterizes aa physical system in mechanics it is kinetic minus potential energy, does not change when the coordinate system changes. So now there is a law known as the Noether's theorem which is the relation between what are known as the symmetries of a physical system. This law has proven to be a key result in theoretical physics. From this Emmy won formal admission as an academic lecturer in 1919. This concludes my essay on Emmy ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Around the end of the war, Noether assisted both Felix Klein and David Hilbert in further defining one of Einstein's theories at the University of Gottingen. She was very hesitant at first because of the lack of women involved in the research, but she decided to help anyways. It was here that Emmy Amalie Noether got her job working as a lecturer at the University. She did not receive a salary for her efforts until she had been working for around three years. • 39. Emmy Noether Research Papers Normally many believe mathematicians are men, however Amalie Emmy Noether is one of which broke this norm. Throughout history there have been women who were mathematicians and who have contributed as much as men and even though their names might have been forgotten or they just were not recognized, their contributions to math have not. Daughter of Max Noether and Amalia Kaufmann, Emmy Noether was born March 23, 1882 in Bavaria Germany. She was the oldest out of her parents four children, "Her brother Fritz Noether and Emmy were the only ones survived childhood" (Agnes scott, 2016.) Around this time she worked with Ernst Otto Fischer an algebraist, both started work on a general theoretical algebra for which her recognition later comes into place. According to University of St.Andrews (2014), "Emmy Noether is one of the world's greatest women mathematicians." In 1915 she joined what was the Mathematical Institute in GГ¶ttingen where she worked with Klein and Hilbert on Einstein's general relativity theory. In 1918 Emmy proved two theorems that were basic for both general relativity and for elementary particle physics. In about 1921 she made the important step, which we commented on earlier, of bringing the two theories of rings of polynomials and rings of numbers under a single theory of abstract commutative rings." (University of St.Andrews,2015.) Because of the discrimination and differences between sexes both male and female it made it difficult for Emmy to publish her work until Van der Waerden's work on Modern algebra was published in 1930 which was that, that Emmy's work become widely known.
