The Community Assistance Program (CAP) is an outreach effort dedicated to helping people who are un-insured or under-insured reduce the cost of their prescription medications at their local pharmacy. CAP distributes these Rx discount cards for free to individuals, medical facilities and community organizations. The CAP Rx savings cards are available in a variety of languages.
