MARKET WRAP
Indian market ends significantly up; Nifty was up 81 pts, Sensex up 244 pts.
Euro Flash mfg. PMI came to 48.7 vs 47.4; Flash services PMI at 50.5 vs 49.1.
European markets were red with DAX worst; Dow futures was down 51 pts.

Markets made handsome gains today with interest rate sensitive sectors being biggest
gainers due to announcement of CRR cut. Nifty was up 81 pts at 5127 & Sensex was
up 244 pts to settle at 16996. Euro markets were red with DAX down 78pts at 6358,
CAC down 39pts at 3299 & FTSE down 50pts at 5732. Dow Futures was down 51 pts.

Stock Recommendation
CapitalHeight’s stock recommendation for 25/01/2012 is LIC Housing Finance.
LIC Housing Finance after given breakout of its triangle pattern and after profit booking
has taken support of its support line and has zoomed up indicating bullishness in the
near term; today the stock has gain more than 7.8% and ended with a gain of 6%
making a long bullish candle indicating bullishness in the near term. LIC Housing
Finance is expected to test the level of 268-269 in the near term.

Our recommendation on LIC Housing Finance is BUY above 258 for Tg of 261 & 265.
