MARKET WRAP
Indian market ends moderately up; Nifty was up 12 pts, Sensex was up 63 pts.
U.S. Unemployment claims came at 381K; Pending Home sales m/m at 7.3%.
Euro markets were green with DAX leading; with few markets were on holiday.

After a lacklustre start for the Indian market which opened flat & remained within a tight
range in the last hour, the indices surged & managed to close with modest gains. Nifty
was up 12 pts at 4637 & Sensex up 63 pts to settle at 15518. Euro markets were green
with DAX up 88 pts at 5986, CAC up 22 pts at 3181. Dow futures, FTSE were closed.

Stock Recommendation
CapitalHeight’s stock recommendation for 03/01/2012 is Tata Motors limited.
Tata Motors is making a symmetrical triangle pattern (Indication depends as per its
breakout) and currently is there on its resistance level. The stock has performed well in
the bearish market as well. Today, Tata Motors has made a long green candle
indicating bull run in the short term, Tata Motors if break its resistance line is expected
to go up in order to respect its pattern. The stock today has gain 3%; Tata Motors is
expected to test the level of 195 in the near term (which is its 200DMA level) and further
if continued downtrend may test the level of 202-204.

Our recommendation on Tata Motors is BUY above 185 for Target - 187 & 190.
